CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Want to change or cancel an order?

As long as your order is still pending, no problem at all. Log in to your account, go to My Orders and check the order status. Best to give us a call though, if you want to change your order.

However, if your order has already been processed and is about to be dispatched, changing or canceling your order is no longer possible. What you can do is refuse to accept the delivery at your doorstep. Means the parcel will be returned to us, and we’ll refund any money you’ve already paid.

CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED EXW?
Sorry, we don’t offer EXW delivery options in conjunction with UPS, DHL, DPD, TNT or FedEx accounts.
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER EXCEEDS THE WEIGHT LIMIT?
If your order qualifies as bulk or measurement cargo, it needs to be handled by specialist carriers. Unfortunately, this will incur extra costs. We’ll provide you with a quote and a delivery date estimate. Any questions? Please get in touch.
